Below are the cancellation terms for bookings at Secret Garden Relais.
Free cancellation
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival (check-in) date. In that case the 30% deposit paid at the time of booking will be refunded, minus the bank transaction fees applied by the payment provider (Stripe).
Late cancellation and no-show
For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, or in case of no-show, the 30% deposit is retained and non-refundable. The balance of the stay is paid on arrival.
How to cancel
To cancel, email info@secretgardenrelais.com with your booking reference (shown in your confirmation email). We will reply as soon as possible.
